What do we use your information for?
dnp Visiosign uses your information to contact you as a follow-up to your inquiry or request to be contacted and for natural follow-up with you. Otherwise, we do not use your information unless we agree otherwise in our dialog.

If you have also provided data for other purposes, we will inform you separately about our processing for such purposes.

Our basis for processing information about you
The basis for our processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (the balancing of interests rule). Our legitimate interest in processing your data is that we can follow up on your request to be contacted and subsequently contact you.

We do not disclose your information
The information we receive about you, we generally do not disclose to others. We only disclose your information if we are required to do so by authorities or by legal obligations.

How long does dnp Visiosign store personal data about me?
Once we have contacted you based on your inquiry and possibly followed up on it, we will delete your data unless our contact with you leads to further dialogue.

In accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the Danish Consumer Ombudsman, we keep documentation of your consent to send you marketing material by email until two years after we last used your consent. This documentation includes your email address, your name, the time of your consent and your IP address. Our processing of your data in this case is based on Article 6(1)(c) or 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as we are directly obliged to carry out the processing and as we have a substantial interest in being able to document that we comply with Section 10 of the Marketing Act.

  • Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted in certain cases.
