Remember that it is possible to set up operational reporting in Visiosign Cloud. This will allow you to receive an email alerting you of any screens that have gone offline.

What is an operations report?
The Reports menu has a new submenu called Player Operations Report.
The Player Operation Report submenu allows the administrator to receive an email from the system if the operation monitoring shows that one or more players change status from online to offline (or vice versa).
How operational reporting works
The administrator can set up any number of operation reports. Each operational report always includes all players on the domain and remains active until deleted.
The principle of operation reports is: The administrator selects a time interval (hours) for receiving the email from the operation report. The administrator (or the subscriber selected by the administrator from the users on the domain) then receives an email from the system if a player’s status has changed from online to offline or vice versa. If no players have changed status, the system will not send a report.
The report always contains a list of all offline players on the domain.
Who can receive the report?
Both administrators and editors can receive an operational report, but only the administrator can prepare it in the system (If you select the Player Operational Report submenu, the system displays an overview of the reports set up on the domain).
Setting up a new operational report
You can click on the name of an Operations report to inspect the individual report and its properties.
Click the New Report button to create a new operational report.
Next, name the new operational report and select a time interval for sending the report (if a player has changed status). You also need to fill in a short description of the operation plan, which is visible on the front page of the submenu.
What information can be included?
Then select which information to include in the operational report. The player name and status are always included. In addition, the administrator can select a range of other information to be included in the operational report:
- Player ID
- Timestamp
- PC Name
- IP address
- Solution name
Select subscribers
Finally, select the subscribers who will receive the operational report. Subscribers are users and user groups created on the domain as either editors or administrators.
The subscriber receives the operational report on the email address created in the system.
Content in the report
The operation report contains an overview of the players that have changed status. An overview of all offline players on the domain is also shown.
The operations report will be continuously expanded and additional functionality added, but already now it allows the administrator to monitor operations much more closely than previously possible.
