How to create image markups in Visiosign Cloud
Want to quickly and easily create a post with an image on your info screens? Here we guide you step by step – and show you how you can use free images directly from Unsplash.
1. Create a new post
Go to the left side of the production screen in Visiosign Cloud. Click “Create new post” and select “Image” as the post type. Give your post an appropriate title – for example, Welcome or New Information – depending on what you want to communicate.
2. Plan the view
You can schedule when the post will appear, just like you do with your other posts. This gives you the flexibility to customize content for times, events or audiences.
3. Select an image from Unsplash
Visiosign Cloud gives you access to stock images from Unsplash – completely free and without additional login. Click on the image library and search for the image you want. You can find everything from nature and city life to abstract patterns and atmospheric images.
Once you’ve found the right image, select it and the system will download it automatically.
4. Customize the image
You have the option to adjust the focus of the image to fit your screen perfectly. Maybe you want to emphasize a certain detail or make sure the image works well in the format you are using.
When you are satisfied, click “Save” and the post will be added to your list.
5. See your post on the screen
You can now preview the entire screen and see what your new post looks like. It’s an easy and visual way to update your info screens – without the need for external tools.
6. Turn off the image library (optional)
For larger organizations where communication needs to be centrally managed, it may be necessary to restrict access to external image sources. That’s why we offer the option to disable the Unsplash feature in Visiosign Cloud. This ensures that all visual content follows your internal guidelines
